Finally, Chris Gayle lit up the Indian Premier League with a blistering knock of 77 of 38 balls against the Gujarat Lions on Tuesday. Gayle powered Bangalore to 213 with Virat Kohli smashing 64 runs as the Gujarat bowlers were smashed all over the park. Gujarat fell short by 21 run as Brendom McCullum smashed 72 of 44 balls. However, he ran out of partners as they lost their fourth game and lie at the bottom of the table.
